How will it be implemented? 4- How will it be implemented if there is a prototype design for a geothermal generating system to provide the necessary fuel consumption? How will it be implemented? 5- How will the proposed model modify the standards, rules, and practices associated with a power generation system to facilitate the energy consumption. 5- What is the role of national energy regulatory body for the purpose? What is the role of regional energy regulatory body? What are the responsibilities and policies for the principles on this basis? 6- What is the role of the state and private sector regulatory bodies for the purpose of protecting the quality of life of citizens?
