Abner In the last decade the World Health Organization reported an urgent need for high quality health care in Cambodia \[[@r1]\]. We are entering an EBP for an important milestone in Cambodia planning. In 2003, the World Health Organization (WHO) launched a study on the way health care can be improved in the country. The information in many letters of note from Cambodia showed improvement in the level of health care in 2008-2009 compared to 2006-2007. These events can be described in the following three components. *Actions On Health Care :* We could begin the process of using the published medical opinion on health care in Cambodia. This is one of the goals within the work and strategy setting. Early in the implementation, we have to get the literature to develop health care concepts and then to push the concept forward.
