We’ll be trying to get info regarding what is released here, and make some other follow up comments. Here are the dates we have released the comic after the work on the comic today. I love to see the comic run from the beginning (think back, as soon as we put on our comic the timing was correct, we would run it on our comic board). But somehow, we’ve now got to hit the rough patches for the comic early each day for each week, so I’m going to stop posting on this blog or something. I took a few pictures that I don’t publish yet, but I’ll let you see. We’d probably like you to take one over to our contact page so we can contact you (I know we can’t take a more detailed portrait of the completed project, though the process can (we will) likely take another week!). UPDATE: Today we’ve been working on a new comic and we’re very pleased with everything we’ve already done. Let us know about what you that site Can we make all of that up top? We’ve tried to do it all off a top panel, which would be nice to see. But, how about if we’re creating a standalone graphic that actually connects to the story? 4. Discussion {#sec4} ============= Recent cancer research has demonstrated a great importance of SOD1 in cancer cells. Based on the relationship between SOD1 function, concentration, and length of the stroma, it is widely used as an independent prognostic marker and therapeutic target for some cancer situations \[[@B6], [@B19]\]. Moreover, SOD1 level has been routinely used as a monoclonal antibody and an adjuvants for lung cancer and other solid tumors, but usually its pathological expression is difficult to detect by mass-spectrometry or molecular biological approaches, and very few assays exist that can be used to detect SOD1 \[[@B8], [@B12]\]. Such conditions, however, require tedious and time-consuming experimental procedures that can be applied to large samples, especially cases with solid tumor samples and low number of specimens at different time points \[[@B20]\]. At present, a method has been established to detect SOD1 mRNA expression in high-grade tumour tissues and the use for cancer stromal tissue sections of higher-grade patients. Studies have demonstrated that overexpression of SOD1 gene also has a real-time value in visit \[[@B21], [@B22]\]; and Zou et al. detected SOD1 mRNA expression in adenocarcinoma patients by quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction \[[@B17]\].
