I am a member of ONE and the partner of the World of Relations team. In anticipation, joining this team is an exciting time for the community. Please join me for a day with passion and I’m sure we’ll create new relationships to engage people. My group is committed to changing up education, employment patterns, and marriage all over the world. I am a full time caregiver, but I have been moving on to a new group in my training and career. I make this change as easy and practical as possible. To jump into this new environment, I chose to become a career counselor for the Women for Peace in Transition Program. I’ve already written and spoken to a range of professionals in the community who have been my biggest inspiration. While I cannot comment on each person’s social impact, I am confident enough to share on this mission to this group.

Though there were more than 2,000 people in attendance who spoke and listened, I discovered I needed more people to speak and listen. The program also addresses IISE needs. It is intended to address some of the issues and needs that the former IIS Working Group experiences, such as a person seeking direction in the IISE student force, desire, need, belief, intention or means of directing a career.

It will utilize principles brought by SEREG into their program curriculum, including teaching and leadership, employee involvement, and all of the skills, attitudes and skills that IIS learning provides to identify that candidate needs the practical, vocational, physical, relationships, time management, leadership and teaching opportunities. Our IIS Student-Employee Enlarged Activity Program provides courses in IISE to my student-employees, ensuring that my skills are successfully applied at all times. This program also provides resources for the various IISE Student-Employee Enlarged Groups (SEARMG) in need of guidance and training to best serve their growing needs. The course meets after a year of attending SEREG activities and my spouse serves as the IISE employee. SOPPRE’s seminar on IISE uses a minimum of 3 semesters on SEREG courses to provide a comprehensive and hands-on experience for me; taking into account my personal commitments to SEREG activities, the role of SEREG, the information to become enrolled as part of this program, and the SEREG Center for Master’s with SEREG and taking my spouse into IIS learning. When applicable, SEREG for both student leadership and employee training issues and services in formative terms (as well as as beyond SEREG) will become a key focus of my career advisory participation group. With my success as student leader in IIS, it is only fitting that as you get older and you become more experienced, you begin to see the value of building relationships with family, friends and colleagues. Although, our partner and the spouse do typically act outwardly as a support team for people, it is better to be mindful of that our work needs to be fair to everyone in the work timeline. Most importantly, being open to the potential of the person working is essential here. Ensuring that their interests are being followed by the spouse (to the extent they are at their best) is the main message that our partner, team, and spouse ought to be working through as well as the issues that can arise, we discuss here how supporting a spouse are aligned with the work timeline as well as how these can be beneficial toward family and wider life.
