Our design experts deliver over 190 sessions over two nights over 14 weeks and the team also deliver an in-depth selection of support, support & other clinical services for patients and caregivers. The Vision of We Care/sache is that we will deliver quality efficiency solutions, make existing services more efficient, and provide a personalised and customized engagement experience where patients are empowered to speak up and make clinical decisions concerning their care.
