### Small Regulation Quirks ———————– This is not necessarily what I would choose if it were in my personal hands but, knowing a bit about regulatory politics it’s important in this field as we will go along. The fact of it that in every place on Earth, every one of those regulations needs to take into consideration all its citizens. When trying to do things and have people obey the way regulations were set we face quite some difficulty. We all check that people would never respect laws no matter how great we think the ideas behind them, so they tend to be incompletely implemented unless you have regulations made very specific.
