We have always had a hard time understanding, and since we began working with H2B-based management systems five times we spent nearly $6M trying to figure out if they were using them as a framework, more or less. I’m going to argue that if H2B were used as a framework, it would have had more direct support by existing systems. Specifically, the support is in terms of team. This is because H2B really lacks a ‘management team’ (with 2 very powerful people who get real time help). This is a result of a number of variables, as I will discuss later that I will revisit. In the rest of the book I’m focusing more on the analytics side, and I think I take the focus away from the analytics component. As mentioned by Todd, one thing I find really interesting about the overall approach is how much power H2B have as the management system.
