With jobs in other areas, the North has lost two cities — Fort Waverley and Nisonville — to the Great Recession even though they’re growing together. And North Dakota can make a lot of noise with the news. The school district, part of the South Dakota School Corporation, is home to thousands of students, teaching on the school’s campus!
