It is about as much land as you can cram into the space via available parking. We could take the back office in the building but it’ll take lots of time and it’ll be much easier and more cost efficient in the future. We did some research on Brookline Park but they did not allow for the use of the property without permission… If you can remember the site now you can go through what they wanted.
