Erik Hanssen

Erik Hanssen (cellula) Erik Hanssen Pedersen (born 3 October 1972) is a Norwegian politician for the Independent Church of Norway. After serving as part of the National Party for several years, he was elected to the Norwegian Parliament from the Socialist Party for the North of Norway in the 2007, and 2016, by the 1st and 2nd members respectively of the 1st Parliament, at the time of his election. He is the Labour Party’s deputy reeve. Hanssen was a member of the Norwegian Socialist Workers’ Party and a member of the Norwegian Defence-Controlist Party, both elected in the party’s executive election in 2006 and his successor until his election. In 1971 Hanssen, during the assembly of the Norwegian parliament he was elected “prosecutorialist”. During his tenure in parliament he was an independent minister. He served as a cabinet minister in various occasions, notably with the party’s own ministers during the election campaign. He is a son of architect Bjørge Hanssen, who joined the city and county government in Trondheim in 1982. He was also a delegate to the 1997 Norwegian state election, and was a member of the 13th Parliament of Norway from 1998-2002 and the President of the 33rd Federalist Party in Norwegian Parliament until 2002.
