Regency Plaza Regency Plaza is a historic Chinese palace located southeast of the Taipei city airport in the neighborhood of the Huangpu shopping district and at a height of 602 m (1,860 feet). It was built in the 11th century AD for the mainstay of Mao Zedong’s government. By the late 19th century some Chinese artists and intellectuals are known to have moved in. Over the last half-century, the property’s facade has deteriorated in color and age in Chinese to the point where it is now used as a museum, including the building’s display of stucco art. History Between 1530 AD and 1785 (around the time of the Second Siege of Vienna) this palace was under the status of a military palace as a key location for the Battle of Huangpu, the first battle of Huichang. In 1791, the former Imperial Palace was declared a separate part of the Palace of the Shangchuan Emperor’s Administration, and it was granted to the Chinese government by Chinese Empire. On July 2, the palace’s status went into abeyance, however, while parts of the city were being developed and replaced with mixed-use hotels and hotels. These developments took place at a height known as the Tianzhai Style Hall, then the Great Wall, also known as the Tianzhai Bridge Plaza, in Xiangching. The palace was upgraded and extended to a new elevation of and changed its facade. On July 3, after undergoing renovations, the stairway was removed and paved.
