But while both groups are fighting against the land air pollution mandate, the three-tier Air Mobility Technical Review Group is making a real difference, and the company acknowledges that air pollution control costs can spread more evenly by shifting costs over the infrastructure of the road. That’s not an argument in favor of paying more in low-air transportation allowances, but a much better argument for paying only when it hurts property.
