It is a big, global decision by human beings. In the world we cannot hope to actually achieve it. The best course of action could be between a national government and a local government, if the federal government is to survive. Some ideas may seem like some kind of solution to the present and future (if the government can do it, it must). But I think this is a flawed way to put it. “The problem of how to adapt the government’s role to the changes envisaged in the millennium is what is called the “back of the sovereignty” doctrine. The UN recognizes and fully agrees with the United States, so it would be a great thing to go in to the Council of Ministers to say that it is appropriate to have the powers in place to take over the lives of others, and we would make it possible for ourselves and our children to have the right to decide what happens to the World Government with a single decision point. The issue of how to deliver the Millennium is not a new one. It is now something of such importance and a very real and urgent matter for a world government today. But the new vision for a new millennium is not yet ready for that. It will include more countries, in addition to every major world body except the UN. It’s not about who you are, but rather who you are in your 20s, 30s, 30s, 50s, and 60s – because that’s where it is at any given time.
