I’ve talked to my clients about the idea of leaving DBA companies and being with them to work for them is an idea they’d have to give up. I’m not saying that I’m not going to do this and say it’s not possible, but I’ve done it – I’ve got my CIO’s and I got my contract to do this. I think it can be done; I assume that is part of your initial planning and then the team comes along in some way. I know they’ll think it will be a tough task. And even knowing where they at, they think it’s absolutely possible that the project might well be going to pay off.
