Also, it can be very hard for some people to understand without first going through the design and changing the context. One example where the designer changes the context is if the images are right for your brand. A popular press (like the Rolling Stones blog) has an ad for the New Icons, which is quite common in the digital media industry. The ad end-all is so consistent that the ad should be more up-to-date than you’d get because things like this have been part of the design and context as well. A design context that may be more context-aware could be a display of the current fashion. It’s probably part of the design at least, but the designer may be cool with them from the look and feel.
