# My First-person Accounts – Christina Bwana
The goal of the post (as described by Mayo to Anantha) is to “enable managers like Mayer to connect with front-line experience—to feel the heat themselves,” and understand how the cultural change program at Ubongo “felt to our team members on the ground every day” (Anantha 271–272). I am here to report that when our colleagues expressed concerns and doubts to me about my new strategy, which was focused on bringing new culture to our team members’ lives every day, I thought they were not “all on the bus” to the same change journey at Ubongo as me. The question in my mind was how to hbr case study solution this situation effectively? To address the issues that were coming up on day to day and help Ubongo transition its operations, I needed to have deeper conversations to see if my team really knew who I am—I needed them to trust my vision and my goals and to embrace this cultural transformation project. Note #X (Knowledgment) – We know this by observing many cases at [insert research] where some of our cases from EMEA showed the employees who expressed their concerns at any level from bottom up to top up did struggle with some
