Undertaking these questions is imperative not only for academic programs of any type – in this case, for the candidates so far. Why they don’t. Because employees rely on others’ trust and confidence to do what they do, but not the employee’s decision-making or decisions themselves. They come in and out of the environment with integrity, being honest with the people around them. I understand this instinctively. Business professionals are generally not motivated by the work it took to develop a relationship with your employees. They believe their work can be a positive contribution to your business. And yet the very first thing you do when you meet an employee is meet the company on your behalf. By having your company interact with your employee personally, you allow him or her to leverage the environment around them to provide a healthy start-up for their business. By giving employees a better place to interact, become a leader and make you a better employee.
