This system is relatively popular today as it allows educators to have leaders to train new faculty or staff so that the institution retains an academic faculty balance. The PEDo component offers a much greater degree of responsibility and integrity than in the traditional program. Executive leadership requires greater discipline and an emphasis on research and development.
