Engaging The Community Executive Report Summer 2016 was the anniversary of the community’s second largest annual event, the Urban Recreation Challenge, brought to you by RCC. The next issue of RCC is called The Urban Recreation Challenge Annual Report: The Urban Recreation Challenge, with a focus on a number of special events, from 4-Day to Roundtables, sponsored by San Diego Aquarium, Gala Beach, Leisure, and Aquarium.
