Hariyali Kisaan Bazaar Rural Business Initiative The Hariyali Kisaan Bazaar Rural Business Initiative (HKKI) is an open-ended model for developing sustainable, urban, food-handicapped, open-ended manufacturing, research and development (RD&D), industrial, educational and economic for rural population including women and children residing in Hariadi Bazaar. The Department of Gender and Sexual Rights, Delhi, is the Development Department on Behaviors Programme (D-BVP).
