Indispensable Hbr Case Study of HvATL/Her2 Cells and the Highlight on its Function {#S2} ===================================================================================== Our objective here is to understand the cytosol (CD64, CCR5, CXCR5) signature proteins associated with early follicular development, as well as the role of HvATL from immune cells into the somatic cells. CD65-CD207 was first identified in melanocytes and recently CD64 has been implicated in follicular differentiation, therefore we will focus on its function or overexpression during the follicular development. CD65 (D7/E2) (CD65-HO-3), an activated HvATL encoded by the SCA1 family, has been implicated in developmental processes involved in the formation of the somatic cell–cradle ([@B1], [@B2]), atypical follicle–stimulated oocytes and spermatocytes ([@B3]–[@B5]). Most of the HvATL CD65-CD207 protein is activated by its two domains. Although its role in the response to HvA during the development has recently been studied, we first consider what effect HvATL is having as it might contribute to the initiation of follicular development. We then consider HvATL co-expression and the activation of chromatin in this important cell signaling pathway. The CCR5 ligand HvLn-p70 coregulating factor (HVLn) is composed of the CXCR5, CCR5, BCR and CXCR8, and the HVLn-bx70 domain (HVLn-hv) and it is known to be expressed within the ovary ([@B6], [@B7]). Histone H3Ser16A (H3Ser16A-Tyr17) has been shown to enhance BER by converting HvLn-transcribed DNA into HvLn and thereby increasing BER ([@B8]). Its overexpression is important in order to establish the development of chromatin structures in the somatic cell that are not in the nucleus. Moreover, HvLn-p70 seems to block chromatin remodeling in differentiating cells.

Therefore, it is possible that HvLn-p70 is activated by HvLn-hv ([HvLn-p70](http://www.nih.gov/bmj.hg13/expanded/S1233434.html)), thus stimulating chromatin remodeling that occurs during the somatic cell switch to the chromatinic state.
