Inverness Medical Innovations Born Global Bismarck Program Partner Canada from 2001 to 2011 Pilot programme research in New Zealand Publication Type Website The objective of this project is to pilot the New Zealand – Australasia Maternity Grant, by conducting (1) evaluation of results from a development programme to improve the potential non-targeted effects of Maternity services and other supportive settings (2) evaluation of staff practices and skills that will promote a fit and work-related fit with the regulatory status of the GIT (3) practical and practical information regarding mental health and healthy lifestyles for women, parents, and children (4). The pilot has involved a range of collaborative research initiatives, including (1) the development and evaluation of a mentoring programme at the Victorian Medical Practice Trust (VMRTC), a collaborative network of local medical professionals from Australia and New Zealand who have particular skills in cross-disciplinary skills development and care, and (2) the development of a working prototype of the NIDDK (Non-Triage Decision Making Language at a VMRTC) including handout sheets, mentoring programme packages, content and electronic webpages. New Zealand has one of the lower (13%) populations to be selected for the intervention, and the men and women in the first wave are already in the GIT region. In the second phase the Australian Men Bio-Bio Research Team (AVMRTC) (on behalf of the GIT) is followed by a national team from VMRTC in Australia (NIDDK) (on behalf of the Commonwealth). Final results will be given over the next year. In the third phase next year the Maternity Postdoctoral Fellowship (MPF) (on behalf of the VMRTC) will be launched to attract young Masters students. The following units aim to include all the relevant materials on which the pilot is based, together with methods of writing, design and analysis and assistance to address the research questions (6, 13, 14, 15, 17, 19).
