Managing Workplace Diversity Stella A & Cohen By Justin Sullivan To help fill the gap between the various types of individuals employed, the National Diversity Partnership (NDP) has an initiative into recognizing and honoring the diversity and inclusion criteria of those in its 537 people of color community. This initiative is an effort, coordinated by two key partners, i.e., the National Diversity Council of the NDD Policy Center and the National Diversity Council of Greater Boston (NVCMB), to promote the inclusive application of the workplace diversity standards. Under the initiative, NDD will consider ways to improve and enhance the diverse population of active space and the hiring community, in specific sectors of the city where the community member represents. The design and content of the NDD worksite have been well described in a previous detail of the partnership and many other articles. These articles focus on the relationships, goals, requirements and roles of the NDD. This work has been facilitated by research and documentation by JWLN, a national organization of minorities in the NDD. They identify other organizations that have contributed by partnering with the NDD and the relevant ncciand.com policy and policy strategies as well as providing an online contact form to those trying to influence and then seeking review for inclusion in the community.

As part of this effort, NDD and the agency also provide a copy of a document, to be used in other agencies and organizations regarding a NDD policy. Evaluation of Alternatives

By “Workplace Diversity,” I mean workplaces in which there are people in groups or the entire community that make up the work force. On this site, work doers in high-salary organizations have much to gain and many of the top individuals have some help (not to mention some pay differences).
