National Library Board Building Social Capital Meeting The World Economic Summit 2013 – “Aging Vision 2013”, endorsed by the Council for a Changing World is a Global Advisory Panel Meeting of the World Economic Forum (WEC; http://gazetegen.worldschema.org/wec/wec2013/ ). Its purpose is to foster discussions related to World Economic Policy. WEC is an important hub for the global economic forces of globalisation, and its activities are bound to increase as more people, including non-Ugoslavian and under-represented persons, join the global agenda. The WEC is the main forum for the global discussion on all aspects of World Development and Policy, and holds many talks at hundreds of sessions, sponsored by various partners. It is open to interaction among world leaders, multilateral, and social actors. Conceptualization and Discussion, including Policy, Development and Strategy, is also by invitation.
