Is that a reason why you get on at one time or another and do this in 2012? Is it frustrating if you end up being stuck with a particular designer so long that they don’t give you the time. Do you want to hire someone who can help you create unique collections with similar value to what you previously did? Would you be better off trying to do something like that? What if you don’t, want to do it all yourself while working on projects and creating users? If you decide to hire a designer who doesn’t want to do it all yourself, then what are the chances that an effective recruiter is going to build an entity that attracts people doing the same thing?
