Negotiation Analysis Synthesis The purpose of this analysis is to highlight the more complex changes that are associated with telephone negotiation which occurred during the late stages of the negotiation process. In conclusion, the paper is quite convincing and a total of 12 points are to be given these and I feel that they should be given in this paper in order to facilitate the review process in a practical way, since there are so many pieces of information that may be worth considering.
