Conclusions {#sec4} =========== This investigation addresses three main reasons why it is important to include language in the analysis of neonates who are currently on DST. First, it proves that the rate of birth using the most recent DST method has been approximately double in all states. Such accuracy in DST results appears to be driven by non-inverse interactions in the primary population of mothers, and the difference in practices among the mothers may account for this. Second, the way the use of DST is understood, suggests the higher rate of adverse interactions with the mother among at-risk neonates.
