For some reason, the city wasn’t moving quickly when the Golden Fist took over right after the Final Fight, which was rather slow getting around during my first few minutes on a map. The problem was the two large parking lots were being temporarily closed up, making it hard to play around in a city that wasn’t feeling safe.
