Dear Prof, Here’s my take on the Pacific Skies case! This is another analysis from me for you (you can skip if not interested; last time was the Delta flight one with Alex Rodriguez, which went viral on LinkedIn for being funny and not pretentious! ). Now, Prashant is such an awesome person. His family background isn’t just the traditional Asian immigrant to America with a master’s. Nope. I am pretty sure his parents own a huge farm in South Africa which makes him super grounded even today in all the world travels he does on business (he was in Zimbabwe 3 months ago and just got back to SFO 4 days ago!) . Anyway, this isn’t about me (although it could do without Prashant being too much! ) So back to the business problems: The cost cutting needs to happen fast. In my opinion. My research also finds this problem being prevalent everywhere.
