Propel, France) is an Israeli based industrial petrochemical production and refining company based in Jerusalem, Israel. However, due to the conflict in Central Asia with Iran, they are now being produced through Israeli-managed production operations through Israel-funded petrochemical facilities established under the Israel Civilian’s Environmental Protection Law.
