Sustainability In The Boardroom Interview In November 2011 we returned to North Carolina and conducted a focus search with New York browse around here for potential programs. Liz has been Chair of the Board of Trustees for at least three years and as Vice Chair of the Board of Directors of the New York University Hospital & Medical Associates. I have had extensive experience in academic and government career boards.

I was Vice Chair of the Board of Directors of the Syracuse University School of Nursing, Syracuse University School of Law and New York University in 2000 and 1999, respectively. I have served as a Board Director of the Charlotte Public Schools and as Vice Chair of the Board of Trustees at the University of New Hampshire since 1982. Liz Mitchell has been founding Chair and Director of Board at York University, and served as a Board Director for Children’s Healthcare at the York University School of Medicine in NY. She has had extensive experience with interprofessional committees in clinical and teaching. Liz Mitchell began her career as Board Chair and Director of Board at NYU, then worked as Chair at the University Public Schools from 1996 to 1998. She headed the Board of Directors of the NYU School of Nursing from August 1989 until November 1998. In January 2009 Liz presented a talk on the intersection of academic training and education that increased her education in curriculum composition, learning outcomes, and professional development. Liz discussed the role of interdisciplinarity and the role of interdisciplinary engagement. I want to encourage you to work with her. Do more research and learn as others with experience in multidisciplinary programs.
