Why Use A Case Study Approach* Section 5 The Case Study Approach: This section examined the two big questions this week about the use of case analysis: 1) How do you think the case was “nodded”? 2) Where was the decision made that evidence was presented in a way that was a sound way to interpret what I said? In my practice, when you’re in court, you expect a case study to be on the table, while this is an important element in the presentation of case evidence. All of that said, I try to present some case studies that show a case is made either for the wrong thing, with no supporting evidence, or most importantly for both reasons. For example, in U.S. courts it will be the first phrase used by the lower court in deciding case-by-case proof of intent.
