My involvement in Thomas Green Power dates back to the fall of 2004 when I took up a role as Vice President of Finance and Administration at the company. The role involved managing the Finance, Human Resource, and Information Technology (IT) departments. During this period, Thomas Green Power encountered some financial challenges and was facing a crisis situation. The financial situation was in dire straits.
