Loewen Group Loewen Incuble is an all-part company that owns and operates a network of computer systems located in the UK, Germany and Switzerland. It was founded by Richard Loewen, a local historian at University College London’s Lloyds. Their co-founding organisation, Loewen Group, was formed in 2008 by the community of people with backgrounds in early development of the computer industry and computerized systems and software. Layout and vision Loewen is situated in London, on the outskirts of the city centre, and is located on the Máro Lodore National Park, which includes the entrance to the London Underground which is on the Máro Lodore Road. This is just one foot from the motorways which are all built directly behind the tram lines, and along with the British Rail MTR, the London Underground and the Thames Trains. Loewen was founded in 2008 when Richard Delahaye, the founder of European Union Telecommunication Union, announced that he had secured a job at Lloyds London’s Loewen Institute. Loewen Group will be chaired by its current managing partner, Tom Hamou, the council president at the time. Loewen Group is to cover the major networking, social and technical aspects of the company’s large network of small businesses, which includes a network of computers, data storage and public relations activities.
